Interactive trade show presence for the entire product portfolio
The Initial Situation
At trade shows, many companies face the challenge of not being able to physically present their entire product range or all possible product configurations. The goal of our NewBeeVision software was to take these products virtually and thus present them comprehensively.
The goal was to depict the entire product catalog with information, descriptions, images, and 3D models. Large interactive touch screens were to attract attention, provide visitors with easy access to information, and allow employees to delve into details as needed, always having all important documents at hand.
Implementation
Content and Asset Management System
To optimally display the product data, it was essential to structure and manage files, images, and 3D models well. For this purpose, we developed an internal CMS and asset management system. This system allows the creation of product categories and products as well as the linking of images, videos, files, and 3D models. With simple drag & drop functionalities, users can decide which products and product categories should be visible to customers. This way, the entire portfolio can be maintained in the software, and with a few clicks, it can be determined which products should be virtually taken to the respective trade show.
Many companies already have an existing CMS or asset management system. If necessary, NewBeeVision can also be connected to these existing systems to ensure seamless integration into the existing ecosystem. This flexibility allows companies to continue using their existing data and structures without extensive adjustments. This ensures that the trade show software can be integrated efficiently and smoothly into existing business processes.
Interactive Touch Terminal Interface
The NewBeeVision software, running on the trade show's touch screens, offers an intuitive category overview and a display of all associated products. Visitors can filter, sort, and search the product list to quickly find the desired information. Each product has an image gallery and an overview of product videos and technical documents or brochures.
A highlight is the 3D section: By default, a 3D viewer is integrated, allowing products to be viewed from all sides. This feature provides trade show visitors with an immersive experience and makes it easier to understand product details through interactive visual representations.
If needed, a 3D configurator can be integrated, allowing visitors to create their custom product directly at the trade show. Alternatively, a 3D journey can be integrated, offering a guided 3D experience to bring the product closer to the customer, explain it, or elaborate on technical details.
Hardware Consultation and Purchase
In addition to the software, we offer comprehensive consulting and support in selecting the right hardware for touch screens. These screens can be used at trade shows, in stores, and showrooms. We advise our customers on various manufacturers, touch technologies, and screen sizes as well as the associated stands and mounts. Thanks to our access to dealers and distributors who sell the corresponding hardware, we can provide our customers with both software and hardware from a single source. This ensures that the entire solution is optimally tailored to the individual needs and application scenarios.
